A quiet place to pause, read and return

A little clarity. A moment of hope.

Our aim is to support individuals through their recovery journey.

Every day, we select a recovery reading, break it down into clear, everyday language and offer a few key areas to reflect on. We aim to preserve the meaning of the original message while making it easier to understand and apply to daily life.

With a focus on Crystal Meth Anonymous (CMA), we draw on its approach to prayer and meditation and explore gratitude through daily lists.

The idea is to bring everything together in one simple resource. Follow the daily template and adapt it to suit your recovery. You can copy and paste your gratitude list to share with other fellows and your sponsor.

We also include links to daily face-to-face and online meetings, helping you stay connected with the fellowship wherever you are.

We are an independent recovery reflection website. We are not affiliated with, or part of, any 12-step programme or fellowship.

There are no fees or dues. Membership is free of charge.

If you have any comments or suggestions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for being here.
